Exhibitor Rules & Regulations:

  • Stall handover will be done on evening of 19th September 2024 and the same needs to be vacated on 22nd September 2024 EOD.
  • Each stall will be given 1 table,2 chairs,1 dustbin, 1 plug point with carpet. Any other branding/fabrication job will be chargeable extra.
  • The exhibitors will have to abide by fire and safety norms of the venue.
  • Payment for each stall has to be done and confirmation of the same has to be provided to the organising committee.
  • Stall owners can display banners, roll up standee and hoarding only within their designated stalls areas.
  • Any damage caused to stall area has to be compensated to the contractor.
  • Subletting/ sharing of stall space are prohibited.
  • For overnight retention of goods, organizers will take no responsibility for loss or damage of goods, banners or any other materials.
